Can I say a huge thank you for allowing me to accompany your Year 5s on their school outing to the RAF museum. I had an amazing day and my child and I have literally spent the whole of our dinner time this evening chatting about everything we have seen and experienced. I would personally like to say that as a parent coming into school, it was a pleasure to spend time with your Year 5 pupils today – they really did you and your staff proud. Their behaviour was exemplary and I was amazed that even on the journey to the museum, they sat so quietly and well behaved and I could see first hand that this was down to the dedication from your staff.

Thank you for such a wonderful hour at the English Class today.
My son is in Orange Class and I really enjoyed the time spent with him.
I did manage to help him today and I was happy with his learning.
Thank you Miss Uddin and Mrs. Thompson – the class did great , very active and so much knowledge.

Thank you for inviting me to join the children in their English lesson. I’ve learnt quite a lot and feel comfortable enough to be able to help both my children with any homework they receive. This has given me the opportunity to see what they are learning and has given me a better understanding.

I would just love to say thank you to all of the staff in Gold class for allowing us a precious glimpse of the fantastic work our children are doing. It was both valuable to share methods used , which we know is so important with working in partnership with us as parents so that we can all work along the same lines. I also loved seeing the  achievements of the children celebrated. I really felt the staff, particularly Miss Diamond gave the children such a great boost for their efforts.  I was very impressed and what made it so worthwhile for me was that my child was so absorbed in his learning, he didn’t realise I was there – for a four year old that is quite an achievement!

We were really impressed with the children’s knowledge of Roald Dahl. It is always a pleasure to have children from your school visiting us due to their conduct.

A fabulous welcome to the school by smiling staff who were working so hard to make everyone feel special! Thank you

Louise Blackburn, Challenging Education

I was impressed by the beautiful and thoughtful Remembrance display in the foyer. Every generation needs to remember so we can prevent future conflicts.

When I visited the school, the staff members were all very professional – Health & Safety and Safeguarding were of high importance. A very friendly, welcoming school. Thank you.

Donna Totman, The Academy

“From our arrival at Houghton Regis Primary, the warm greeting and continued help from the reception staff, to the attentiveness, enthusiasm and listening skills of the pupils, to the support given by the site manager and his assistant, to the engagement of the class teacher, HR came across as a great school for children and staff.”

“As a prospective parent, I was impressed by the school environment and the enthusiasm of all staff on my visit. The children were polite and courteous and I felt it would be a great place to send my daughter”
