Safeguarding Leaflet for Staff and Visitors

At Houghton Regis Primary we take safeguarding and child protection very seriously.  We audit our provision annually and make sure we are always up-to-date with government legislation and advice.  School staff play an essential role in protecting children from abuse as they have regular contact with children and are in a strong position to identify any concerns thus staff receive training prior to working here at school.

Designated Safeguarding lead:

Mrs R Parmar – Acting Headteacher

Mrs D Bond- Parent support worker
